Poum Lab is a structure for the creation and development of beverages based on cider apples.

Based in Normandy, we are exploring new ways of working with apples through non- alcoholic drinks based on taste, fermentation and naturally sourced ingredients.

The ambition is to reveal the full potential of the cider apple in products that are fair, desirable and rooted in today's life.

The Founder

"Since 2018, I have been working with apples, cider and fermentation, between production, product development and business support. I am inspired by encounters and projects, some of which are abroad (Australia, Indonesia, Brazil).

With Poum Lab, I wanted to create a structure capable of expressing and exploring new avenues for cider apples.

My approach combines cider, wine and brewing expertise, technical rigor, a sense of taste and an understanding of the product as a whole, from formulation to marketing.

What drives me is transforming a strong and vibrant raw material into beverages that have a real place in today's world."

Central Idea

Poum Lab exists to open new avenues for the cider apple.

The ambition is to bring the cider apple into modernity by showcasing it differently, through products that are more contemporary, more legible, more desirable, and better rooted in real life.

The project is to build a new space around it, at the crossroads:

local produce and non-alcoholic drinks,
of the good and the beautiful,
craftsmanship and scientific rigor,
of tradition and modern drinking codes.
